Privacy policy

Last updated 26 October 2026

The short version

This website doesn’t store anything you type, doesn’t set cookies and doesn’t track you across other sites. When you send an enquiry, your details go straight into a WhatsApp message to us, and we use them only to reply.

Who we are

This site belongs to TalkTheTalk Institute (“TalkTheTalk”, “we”, “us”), an institute for humanities, English, public speaking and soft skills in India. You can reach us on +91 93543 88734, by phone or WhatsApp.

What we collect, and why

Cookies

This site sets no cookies, so there is nothing to accept or refuse. If that ever changes, we’ll ask you first.

Who else sees your details

We don’t sell, rent or trade your personal information. It passes through these services, each under its own privacy policy:

We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry conversations while they’re useful for answering you or teaching you, and delete them when they’re no longer needed. Ask us at any time and we’ll delete your messages from our side.

Children

Many of our students are under 18. We ask that a parent or guardian makes the enquiry, or is part of the conversation, for anyone under 18.

The photos on this site are from our own classes. If you or your child appears in one and you’d like it removed, message us and we’ll take it down.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent. Message us on +91 93543 88734 and we’ll respond as quickly as we can.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
