About these terms
These terms cover your use of this website, run by TalkTheTalk Institute (“TalkTheTalk”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
What this site is for
The site tells you about our classes, programmes and workshops, and lets you send us an enquiry on WhatsApp. Sending an enquiry doesn’t enrol you in anything or commit you to pay.
Classes, fees and enrolment
Timings, fees, batch sizes, payment terms and refund terms are agreed directly with you, on WhatsApp or in person, before you join. Those agreed terms apply to your classes. Descriptions on this site are a general guide, and programmes may change over time.
Our content
The text, photographs, logo and design of this site belong to TalkTheTalk. You may share links to the site, but please don’t copy, republish or use our content or photos for other purposes without our written permission.
WhatsApp and other sites
The enquiry form and chat buttons open WhatsApp, which is run by a separate company under its own terms. We aren’t responsible for other websites or services we link to.
Accuracy and availability
We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we can’t promise it is free of errors or always available. Results from any course depend on each learner, so we don’t guarantee particular marks, grades or outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, TalkTheTalk isn’t liable for any loss that comes from using, or being unable to use, this website.
Your privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle your details.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
